Continuing search for Edwin S. Morgan birthplace

Still seeking more info about gggrandfather who appears in 1850 census at age 16,as part of household of Enos Roberts. Plainfield. His father, William listed in Claremont area appears to be widowed but with several children at home. Other Morgan children, including William, Jr. are in various other households suggesting they had to be "farmed out." Need to find this family intact, if possible. Mother name supposed to be Sybil Brooks, youngest child was three in 1850 so mother alive until then. Any help welcome.
