The Claremont Town Reports list births for the 2nd & 3rd children, as follows:

2nd child, male, living, born April 23, 1903 to Fred Bugbee (carpenter, b. Woodstock VT, age 27) & Emma Volley (b. Barton VT, age 23) [that's not a typing error; it says 'Volley']

3rd child, female, living, born Dec 3, 1905 to Fred R. Bugbee (carpenter, b. Woodstock VT, age 29) & Emma M. Valley (b. Barton VT, age 24)

A book of St. Mary Church marriages lists a March 9,1928 marriage of Leonard Bugbee (son of Fred Bugbee & Mina Valley) & Lena St. Martin (daughter of Calixte St. Martin & Celina George.) The book is in French, so you may know those names a bit differently.
Those individuals may still be living

The Claremont Town Reports list births for the 2nd & 3rd children of Leonard Bugbee. One has Leonard's birthplace as Newport, while the other has No. Newport. This contradicts the birthplace of Claremont in your message.

I have a connection to Emma Valley. The 1923 History of Barnet VT states that a relative of mine, Raymond E. Hastings, Emma (Valley) Bugbee, a widow, in 1919. This Emma Valley was born 'about 1889' in Barton VT.

The History of Barnet must be wrong on Emma being a widow as Fred Bugbee didn't die until June 18, 1943. His obituary listed his surviving widow as Mrs. Eva Craine Bugbee. There are other vital records in the Claremont Town Reports involving 'Eva Crane'.
