There are so many other names and lines that criss-cross in my family from Strafford that I can't even connect them all in one message so I'll research them with another message. But am searching for kin of any of the above names from Strafford, PLUS Hubley, Quimby, Webster, Ayer, Bates, Shaw, Marden, Taprill, Caverly, Hammond...I'd love to connect with family in any one of these lines.
But here's one line--.
Generation (1) William Babb (b. 1745)who married Judith Altimes> Gen (2)their child--Alice Babb (b. 1768) who m. Nathan Foss> Gen (3)their child--George Babb Foss (8/16/1798)who married Sally Drew> Gen(4)their child--Alice Jane Foss (b. 12/10/1830)who married a cousin David Franklin Foss> Gen(5)child--Sarah Jane Foss (b. 3/7/1857)who married Christopher Shaw of Canada. Sarah Jane Foss and Christopher Shaw of Strafford NH are my great grandparents.
