Hi Reginald,
'Alexander Gordon and his Descendants' by Marian Otis shows 7 daughters born between 1715 and 1727 to Alexander Gordon and Sarah Sewell. None named Abigail, none marrying a Bean. No 'Mark Gordon' listed in her book in this time frame at all.
May I suggest posting to the Bean Forum? The Beans of this area are well documented.
good luck,
John Wesley Gordon
