Tyring to find out who "Major" Chesley was.He had a cem. on Rt.4 between the old homeplaces of True Chesley[now Chadbourn's I think] and where Charles Chesley/True Chesley [son] lived 1912 -1951 before it burned.This would be aprox 1 mile from the top of the hill on Rt.4, going toward Northwood, before the curve. Here was buried "Major"s colord slaves, so I've been told. Also been told he was no relation to the family who lived in area. Thank you.
