Thanks for that.
You are quite right. There does not appear to be a standardised approach to the recording of censuses as the misrecordings, omissions and duplications testify.
In my case it does not help that the Rossiters recycled the same Christian names through the generations making it difficult to establish to whom records really refer.
Certainly makes tracking family trees into a real challenge!! LOL!!
