You might try the historical society in Loudon or Merrimack Co., NH. Also, town clerks of small towns are often very helpful with old marriage/death/birth records. Good luck.
I see a couple trees on Ancestry.com but no children or wife listed for Cornelius. One tree (Buzzekk) Has Cornelius dying on 3 Jan 1812 Loudon, Merrimack, NH. There may be cemetery records of his burial.
