Thank you for the family chart. I went to the library to use their Ancestry program and have the following questions.

Joseph Bergeron parents Onesime and Genevieve Lafond.
according to the 1861 Canadian census their Joseph was born in 1960.
In the 1871 and 1881 Canadian census there is a Joseph born in 1866 parents are Onesime & Henriette (Harriet). This is the correct Joseph.

I found Napoleon Bergeron born July 10, 1889 born in Quebec, Canada in the Canadian census. In the 1911 census he was 21. I found the marriage record of Joseph Napoleon Bergeron and Olivine Lafond in Canada in 1913.

You have and Ancestry has Napoleon Bergeron born in Connecticut. How can that be? I found census records and Draft registration cards all saying born in Connecticut. In fact the 1930 Rhode Island census shows Napoleon and family living in the same house as Joseph Bergeron. Where is the Napoleon born in Canada?

Can you shed any light on this mystery?
