Hi Thomas,

I'm not either really. I'm doing it for my ex-sister-in-law.

I'm pretty sure they made the border crossing in 1897. And Robert was born in 1881, according to his marrige certificate. I have information that 2 of his siblings came to the US, also, but the rest of them just seemed to disappear. I can't find them or his parents in ANY 1900-1901 census anywhere!
