I believe this is Timothe/Thimote. It's of course written in French, but when I look at the image, I see the name Luce Chapdeleine.

The 1900 census for Edmond & family shows Delia as Lydia. It shows she was born May 1859 & she's 41. (His birthdate is April 1858). In 1910, she's Delia & is 51. In 1920, she's Lydia again & she's 60. Is she fibbing about her age?
I see nothing in the 1861 or 1871 Canadian census that resembles her. That's with using the birthdate of 1859 + or - 2 years.
