More on Robert Harris and children. His will was probated in 1822 Rockingham County NH, he is mentioned as of Concord. Robert mentions children:
son Robert
daughters Dolly, Harriet, Nancy
grandson Samuel
grandaughters Harriet Livermore, Mehitable Jane Livermore
grandson Herman Harris
his grandchildren children of his son Robert (who had married Sarah Sherburne Langdon in 1771; see Wentworth Genealogy for more info on the children and their descendants)-Sarah Sherburne Langdon Harris, Mary Ann Langdon Dana, wife of Nathaniel G. Dana, Robert Harris Jr, Joseph Whipple Harris, Caroline Elizabeth Harris, GeorgeAnne Harris.
Wife: Mehitable

The son Robert Harris died 1833. He was a prosperous merchant in Portsmouth NH. I was researching the family for a talk on a portable desk owned by Joseph Whipple Harris and an exhibit of Portsmouth samplers 9I am collections manager for Portsmouth Historical Society). Am interested in the senior Robert Harris's parents and siblings.
