Unfortunatelyj, I know very little abolut Robert, other than that he was born in England "possibly in London". He appears in the 1790 Concord census -, alos the 1800,1810 , and 1820, though it could be a different Robert Harris
Curiously, I didn't find him in the Concord householder's list of 1798, though I find William Duncan.

Here are some amendments to the info you sent.

Mehetable died 9 Aug 1824 - gravestone, Massillon. OH, Massillon Cemetery
"Mrs. Mehitable Harris, relict of Robert Harris, Esq. of Concord, NH
A sincere Christian and Faithfol of all the duties of life"
About 1816-1820, Mehetable, Dolley, and James and wife Elizabeth Tilinghast Vilet settled in Massillon, Stark Co OH. James was the founder of the town, and Elizabeth named it.

Dolley married William Maxwell on 11 Dec 1783. They appear in the 1790 Concord, Rockingham Co, NH census, so James and Nancy were likely born in Concord
Dolley died 05 Aug 1827 gravestone Massillon. OH, buried Massillon Cemetery -
"In memory of Dolley Duncan who died August 5 1827
Pleased are the dead in the Lord"
I have been to Massillon, and copied the epitaphs and dates from the tombstones.

James Duncan died in Chicago, IL
