To All,
I am searching for a recent hole in one of my brick-walls. I have gleaned from my greatgrandfather's second marriage record in Boston, the name of his father with no mother's name recorded. I am seeking any info on William H. Potter b.abt 1820 (est age from census) born to Jeremiah Potter in I believe Warner, Merrimack County. I had formerly found on William's first marriage, to my greatgrandmother,Caroline Ransom of Boston, Portsmouth,N.H. as where he was from and had assumed(nasty word)that he might have been born there. Search of LDS,IGI files brings me a William Palmer born to Jeremiah Palmer and Sabina or Sabrina Harwood in the right time frame. I need to either be able to confirm or eliminate this record. Any help out there would be appreciated.
