State of New Hampshire---- Hillsboro' ss.

The Judge of Probate for the County of Hillsboro'
in the state of New Hampshire.
To Jonathan Kelley, Executor of the Last Will
of Moses Kelley late of Deering in said county
deceased, testate, to the Heirs , and all
concerned in the Estate.
Greeting.
The Said Executor is hereby cited to appear at
the Court of Probate to be Holden at Francestown,
in said county, on the third day of October next,
to render an account of the administration of said
estate ; and the said heirs and others concerned are
also cited to appear at said court, that they may be
on the said account -- also on the report of Commissioner
of insolvency which will then be offered for acceptance.

And it is ordered that said Executor serve the above
citation by causing the same to be published in the
Farmers' Cabinet, printed at Amherst, in said county,
three weeks successively, and return the same with his
doings to the court aforesaid.

Given at Francestown, in said county, the Fourth day of July, A. D. 1838.
