Hi Barbara, I don't know if you are interested in other information on Seth and family, but I have a subscription to genealogybank.com and there are several articles regarding Seth Wales. There is some published in New York, regarding a promisary note/"deal" with the Province of Nova Scotia & Seth. Also, Connecticut, Rhode Island. The last deals with the 1773 sale of the land in New Hampshire. There's several "public auction" notices published. In 1834 in Columbia, which mentions, Seth's undivided right,Nathaniel Jr., Solonson(?),& Eleazor Wales. An 1805 article in Paper: Dartmouth Gazette Location: Grafton County, Wales Location (town?) Names (non-residents)mentioned for not paying their taxes, Nathaniel Wales,Nathan Wales, Nathaniel Wales 3rd, Ebenezer Wales,Nathaniel Wales 4th, Solomon Wales,Seth Wales, & Eleazer (could be Ebenezer)2nd. Another article, 1806, same paper, Location: Cockburne, formerly Wales Location, Coos County,NH Has same kind of article for not paying taxes. Another article, this one in Vermont: Date: 1803-01-25; Paper: Vermont Journal This one is in Norwich,Vermont & has Eleazor,Seth, & Solomon Wales & one other that looks like Elisha (??) Wales. It goes on from there, from 1801 to 1838, most deal with the "non-resident" owners & the taxes that are mentioned. There are also mortuary notices, but not like what we see today, just list the person who died but not any siblings. I also found an 1825 marriage in Drummondville,Quebec with Nathaniel Wales & Harriet Aldrich. Notify Administrator about this message?
