I am seeking parentage and any other historical information for Lady Ellen Bateman b. 30 Aug 1724 in Ireland. On 30 May 1745, she married Sir Joseph Fagan b. 26 Feb 1721/22. They married in Ireland, but came to United States with a Grogan family and settled in 1785 in Haverhill, MA then went to Hartord County, CT. She died in Jefferson, Coos Co., NH on 14 Jan 1810. Though she was born in Co. Wicklow I'm unable to find her among Irish Bateman families. Are her parents from England, as there was a number of Batemans there? Help, anyone?
