As a hobby I rescue old photographs and attempt to locate family. All I ask is what I paid for it, postage and the cost of a sturdy mailer.
I have a photo of a young girl, bottle feeding a fawn (probably white tail deer.) She is identified as Isabel Marshall Cleasby. While I know her maiden name is Marshall, I did locate her in the 1930 census, living in Lancanster, NH, (the location of the studio of the photographer.) She is 33 and widowed, with two children, a daughter Carolyn and a son Darrel. There's a note that this photo was used for years, as a postcard for the state of New Hampshire.
If this sounds like your family, contact me at: digginroots@yahoo.com and hopefully this treasure can find it's way home.
