Frederick Ingalls - daughters Ruth and Rowena

Frederick Ingalls b. 11/25/1866 married Mary Teresa Kollman. They had two daughters Ruth Emeline b. March 8, 1892 and Rowena Hills b. September 12, 1895.
Frederick was the editor and publisher of a weekly paper "The Mountaineer" at Gorham in the early 1900s. He also served on the school board and was postmaster from 1894-1898. His daughters don't show up with the parents in the 1920 census so I presume that they married prior to 1920. Does anyone have any information on Ruth and Rowena and their descendants or how I could get marriage records on them?
I know that Frederick's sister Marion was living in 1935 and Fred was alive then but having eye problems. This contained in a letter written by Marion. They are descended from the same Hills family as my husband and I have just discovered over 125 letters dating from 1794 to 1840 with information on the family, in addition to Marion's letter of 1935. I am willing to share copies with any descendants.

Any help in tracking down the Ingalls would be greatly appreciated.
