Hi Kathryn, Here is the URL for the Keene,NH vitals and I beleive that you will notice that there is no Rebecca Foster born in Keene,NH in that time frame that you are looking for, there was however one born in 1753. so with this info it may set you back to square one as far as Rebecca goes until you can find out where she was born. I am not saying that she wasn't born here, she just is not in the Keene,NH vitals.
