According to our records George C. and Ellen (Johnson) Whiting had a son, George Jr. 1854-1931 (Tamworth V.R.) who married Annie (Choate). George Jr. and Annie had Fred T., born 1890, Charles E., and Edith N., born 1892. Fred married Georgie (Jeffers) in 1909, (Tamworth V.R.) Charles E. married Jennie (Gale) in 1898. George Jr. and Annie had at least 6 children.
Another son, William, 1859-1931, married Louisa M. (Roberts)in 1881, may have married 2nd Lulu Floyd 1882-1953, daughter, Doris.
A third son, John C. was born in 1857 and died in 1926 (Tamworth Vital Records)

We list the parents of George C. Whiting 1825-1906 as John Sr. and Martha (Rankin) Whiting.

The parents of Ellen (Johnson) Whiting 1828-1913 are listed as Phineas and Dolly (James) Johnson.
