Durgin and Burke Families
Posted by: Robert (ID *****9241) Date: August 12, 2006 at 20:31:24

I am researching the Durgin line that includes - Erastus Freeman Durgin line born 8 Nov 1812 and a Cynthia Burke born Abt. 1806 and died 15 Sep 1856; James Freeman Durgin line (born in Eaton on 13 Jun 1843) who had a wife named Louisa K. (Kindstrom - born 28 Nov 1851 in Sweden) Durgin that lived on a farm around Eaton or Madison, NH; and Nathaniel Durgin died abt 1812 and his wife Anna who was born abt 1769 and died 14 Feb 1836. A recent trip to the NH area showed that Louisa Durgin and Cynthia Burke are buried in Gilman Cemetery. Nathaniel and Anna Durgin are buried in the Durgin cementery in the country around Madison. I am looking for any assistance that anyone can give me for more information on the family. Thank you.
