Willis Ney born in Oneida 1829, moving to Fulton, Oswego Co., NY at the age of 17. In 1854 he married Agnes M. Kenyon, daughter of George & Mary Kenyon of Andover, MA. In the 1880 census for Fulton Willis, policeman, age 51 with wife, Agnes age 43 b. CT and their children: Bertha age 19 and George age 15. All b. NY except Agnes. After 1880 Bertha married Herbert Rose of Syracuse, NY. The Roses have 2 children: Howard and Millicent A. .Later in life Willis became a merchant who served in many official positions of trust.
