I think my Robert was born circa 1780's as he had a son George who was born circa 1809. George Ney was the one married to Sarah Morrison. Robert (circe 1780's), his father, was married to Hester Wilson. I'm guessing there is a tie up somewhere - I could hazard a guess that my Robert could have been the son of Mathew?
