Sorry, I didn't know that it was the Yarnold family you were seeking information on.
It appears that Emma Keturah was born in late 1843, the daughter of Willaim Yarnold and Elizabeth Ashe. The name used on her birth registration and the census while she lived in England was Keturah.
Her father, William Yarnold, was born about 1814 in Ramsey/Romsey, Hampshire, England. Her mother, Elizabeth Ashe, was born about 1818 in Chippenham, Wiltshire, England.William and Elizabeth had eight children besides Emma K:
Sarah (b. 1838), George (b. 1839), James (b. 1842), William Norton(1846), John Norton (b. 1848), Maria (b. 1854), Annie (b. 1845), and Frank (b. 1859)
Here is the 1841 census for her parents:

Keturah Yarnold
The 1861 census is the last record of Keturah Emma Yarnold in England. She's next seen in 1866 in New Zealand when she marries Frederick Tootell. I found no shipping or immigration information for her, so how and when she arrived in New Zealand is unknown.
Yarnold is not a common name in early NZ records.I found a John Yarnold who married Edith Ada Lee in 1871.His name is entered incorrectly in the NZ BDM database:
1871/5004 EdithLee & JohnGarnold
They had a daughter, Mary Elizabeth Yarnold, who was born in 1872.
Edith Ada dies on 15 Mar 1884 and mentions of her death, and her husbands name, appears in the newspapers. He is named as John Yarnold. There is a John Yarnold who dies in 1902 at age 67, buried in Wallaceville Cemetery (Lower Hutt). In 1877 this John Yarnold was a blacksmith in Greytown, NZ and declared bankrupt.
I found a ship manifest from 1857, the ship Alma, that has a John Yarnold arrving in New Zealand from Liverpool. John, the brother of Emma Keturah Yarnold, was still in England in 1861, so this immigrant is not her brother.
------
The parents of William Yarnold (father of Emma Keturah) were William Yarnold (Sr.) who was born about 1786 in St Swithin, Worcestershire, England. His wife was Sarah, born about 1791.They had three other children that I know of, all born in Ramsey/Romsey, Hampshire County:
John (b. 1816), Joseph R. (b. 1825) and Susan (b. 1829)
In 1841 they were living in Romsey Infra, Hampshire, England and William Yarnold (Sr.) is a minister and schoolmaster.
This may be the marriage of William (Sr.) and Sarah:
Name: William Yarnold
Spouse Name: Sarah Ann Tiffin
Record Type: Banns
Marriage Bann Date: 17 Oct 1809
Parish: St Mary Abchurch
County: London
Borough: City of London
Sarah (his wife) died in 1843. It appears that he married again, to a woman named Elizabeth born about 1796 in London. He, 2nd wife Elizabeth and daughter Susan are on the 1851 census living in Southampton, Hampshire county. His occupation is retired Baptist Minister.
This is possibly his death:
Name: William Yarnold
Year of Registration: 1853
Quarter of Registration: Jan-Feb-Mar
District: Catherington
County: Hampshire
If you google "Willaim Yarnold" bapist minister a few things will come up.
