Picked you up on the Internet-looking for a Nathaniel James Newsome, b. 1824-d.1901, buried in the Old Screven Cemetery, in GA, m. to a Mary Knight, b. 1825-d,.1904, both in the same cemetery. Have established connections to Lowndes Co. Ga, and Lake Butler, FL-the last (of 5) Solomon Newsomes is buried there. The cemetery is called Easley(a ton of Newsomes are buried there, in a now defunct town called Dukes, FL.). We cannot establish the parents of Nathaniel James Newsome, have worked on it for 5 years. My great grandfather, William Newsom(e), son of Nathaniel James and Mary Knight, had 32 children. Any info would be appreciated. Nancy Newsom Lande
