Pat - again, you've come to my rescue. Thanks very much! And I'll try to remember to contact you directly for Loudoun Co, VA. Actually I've extracted a lot of VA PPTL through many microfilms I have on permanent loan at the Washington DC FHC, but as I recall, the LDS does not have PPTL microfilms for Loudoun???

Again, thanks. Are you related to this NEWLON/NEWLAND family?
