Hi, I'm looking for the Curtis family. Matilda Churchill, daughter of Ezra Churchill, Portugal Cove and Hector Curtis Master Mariner had two sons Ezra William Curtis b. 1897 H.G. and James Frederick Curtis b. 1898 H.G. In the l9l0 Philadelphia census Matilda Churchill Curtis is living with her sister Mary Ann Paul, father Ezra and William D. Paul whose parents were Jane Colton and John Paul of St. John's, Jane and John moved to Philadelphia where they had two sons, one being William D. Matilda is living with the Paul family without her husband or sons. Hector seems to have stayed in H.G. and son James Frederick Curtis enlisted in the First World War. Ezra William Curtis just seems to fade from view. In l900 Philadelphia, a Churchill neice is also living with the William Paul family, she is Amelia Colton Martin, daughter of Amelia Martin (father Ezra Churchill) and John D. Martin. Any help sorting out this family is greatly appreciated, sincerely, Kathy
