Emily Newell bl. 1877 Joplin, Mo. m. Harry Wallace Blair. They lived in Carthage Mo. & in Washington DC where he was Ass't Attorney General of the U.S. & was listed in "Who's Who" of 1935.
Emily was active in the suffragette movement, in politics & numerous actitivies. She was an Ass't Editor of Good Housekeeping.
They had two children: Harriet m. N. M Forsyth & James Newell m. Greta Flinterman.
Harry in is the son of my great grandfather's brother & I am trying to update these lines for my family history book.
An new info would be appreciated.
