william married pearl wright in 1920 in jamestown, ky. they had two sons, joseph bill newby and robert newby, daughter lillian elaine newby. william passed away on mothers day in 1965 in somerset, ky. they all lived there most of thier lives. where was william born? it is said he was born in oakdale, ten, morgan co. who were his family etc. he worked for the railroad all his life.
