Hi I'm trying to find information on a Mary Newbury. She was a witch who originated in England but after they hung her grandmother she left to America. She lived outside Salem in a town called Beluah (spelling?) Anyway she was charged w/ witchcraft there and she ran away. I don't know when she was born...and i can't find ne records of her death but i do know that she was around 14-15 in Early March of 1659 and that she ran away in the year 1660 around early october. Her grandmother's name was Eliza Nuttall. Her grandmother lived somewhere near the town Warwick in England...I think that's about all I know. She wrote a diary and sewed it into a quilt. That's how I know just this. I'm looking for more information as to either where she ran off to, about her grandmother, where she died, when she died, if she married, if she had children, or just what happened to her. If anyone has any information...Email me ok? Thanks in advance!
