Patricia - Thanks for the reply. I don't think this is the same line I am reseaching. 'My' Frederick was born in 1807 and died in 1889. (Probably a little too old to get married in 1881 and produce three children, unless he was quite a lady's man :}!

That is really neat that you are able to get info about your ancestors' migration to and from the U.S. It must seem like you are on a treasure hunt. I would be thrilled to actually find new information. (Most everything I have so far is from my cousin's research).

Do you belong to a specific info website membership? I would love to access more records, but don't know which ones are good and which ones are not. Or if there a different way to look up this stuff. (I'm suuucccch a novice!!)
