The only two Charles Newburn's I have been able to find is a Charles, b. ca 1877, in Livingston County, IL., son of a George T. Newburn, no further information. The other is a Charles Holman Newburn, b. 23 May 1861, Martinsville, Morgan Co., IND. d. 5 Sept. 1938 Mocasson, Effingham Co., IL, m. Mary Mahalia Anspach, they had 12 children. He was the son of Harvey Newburn. If any of this looks like it could be your family, let me know.
