Anything is possible, but Allen would have been rather like Strom if he had a daughter when he was ca 70 years of age. I am getting hints of other Mewborns in the area who do not relate to the George line. There is nothing for Allen in Pitt Co, nothing on the Lenoir Cross Indices (burned records) but we don't even have Cross Indices for Greene (also burned). What about Allen being a grandfather? I just don't think he was a native of the area but moved there for some reason.
