Hello my name is Jada Stout. my maiden name is Dye. I am doing a family research and I need alot of help. I am told that the only reason my maiden name was Dye is because my great great great grandmother had my great great grandfather out of wedlock and she gave him her maiden name!! So actual my blood line is Newberry also. There is not of information I know about him. Just that his father was a Newberry and his other brother was also born out of wedlock to a man by the last name Niece,not for sure if that is even how his last name was spelled. Anyway I did find out that his(my gg grandfather)name was John Dye(Newberry). His mothers name was Melissa Dye. John was first married to 1st lady with the last name Ball and then to a woman with the last named Hess. If it helps I am from the Tazewell County, Russell County area and thats were my ancestors are from. Please help eith any information you can. I loved to know about my Newberry side!!
