Nevitt, Ethel, 88, of 307 E. Sixth St., Livermore, formerly of Island, died Wednesday, Nov. 23, 1994, at her home. She was born in McLean County, was a homemaker and was a member of Island United Methodist Church. Her husband, Willie B. Nevitt, died Sept. 17, 1953. She was preceded in death by a son, Billie H. Nevitt; a daughter, Mattie Jean Nevitt; a grandson, Dennis Wayne Nevitt; and a brother, Hubert Wilson.
Services are at 2 p.m. today at Muster Funeral Homes, Livermore Chapel. Burial in Island Methodist Cemetery. Visitation is from 9 a.m. until time of services today at the funeral home. The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Ethel Nevitt Memorial Fund. Memorial contribution envelopes are available at the funeral home.

Survivors include a daughter, Georgia Henry of Livermore; a son and daughter-in-law, Bobbie and Shirley Nevitt of Island; seven grandchildren, Debby Henry of Livermore, Keitha Henderson of St. Louis, Cindy Brown of Livermore, Rhonda Cook and Carla Jo Hinton, both of Island, Jimmy Nevitt of Livia and Eddie Nevitt of Owensboro; 14 great-grandchildren; a stepgreat-grandchild; and a sister-in-law, Ruth Mae Wilson of Sacramento.

Services are at 2 p.m. Saturday at Muster Funeral Homes, Livermore Chapel. Burial in Island Methodist Cemetery. Visitation is after 4 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. until time of services Saturday at the funeral home. The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Ethel Nevitt Memorial Fund. Memorial contribution envelopes are available at the funeral home.
