Not a lot to go on ....
An Anna Maria ?Neuhaus married a Johann Phillip Valentin around 1831. They went to South Africa, produced a large family, but the Valentin tribe returned to Germany and seem to have died in Frankfurt - or the UK.
Father Neuhaus had a factory - ? dye manufacturing or sourcing of materials. I suspect this was long ago swallowed up by some conglomerate, but this may have been in the region of Frankfurt and/or Elberfeld (now called Wuppertal, I believe).
There was a strong connection between Valentin and the Neuhaus family after the marriage - with some further marriages between the two families, I suspect.
Can anyone help? My German is non-existant, but there seem to be no leads on the geanealogy/Germany end.
