Hi Linda, I'm interested in your George Arnold as "Arnold" is a middle name that appears in my line for several generations. Do you know of any brothers or the father of your George? did he ever live in Ohio?

These folks lived in Crawford County, Ohio (not possitive the Neuhauses lived there, though!): In my line, Theodora Johanna Neuhaus (1837-1899) married Samuel Jusi.
From the Bible record of Samuel Jusi (nee Eucey), Theodora's father was Karl Wilhelm Arlold Neuhaus (b. 6 Nov. 1792; baptised 16 Nov. 1792; d. 18 June 1871); Theodora's mother was Anna Rosina Wold (b. 29 April 1805; bapt. 5 May 1805; d. 20 Oct. 1867).

Karl Wilhelm Arnold Neuhouse and Anna Rosina Wold witnessed the baptism of their grandson, Carl (nee Charles) Wilhelm Arnold Neuhause Jusi, 26 Dec. 1857, who is noted as named after the grandfather (obviously!)

Karl and Anna had at least these Children:
Theodora Johanna Neuhaus (married Samuel Jusi, a native of Aeshi, Canton of Bern, Switzerland)
Michael Neuhaus (his nephew, Michael Jusi, is noted as being named after him)
Johan Nuehaus (who witnessed the baptism of his nephew, Johan (nee John) Albert Jusi, in 1869)

John Alber Eucey is my g.g.grandfather.

Any chance of a connection??
