Ordered that Edward Hawkins, James W. Downes, Alexander Dailey, John Colley, John Jay, Hugh Chisholm, and Jacob Rikard be and they are hereby appointed commissioners to lay out the road leading from the road (leaving the Ridge Road at the 20-mile post by Malachi Nettles in the direction of Bonner's Bridge at Daniel Chisholm's from thence to Jacob Rikard's to intersect the Barbersville Road at the county line.)
