Randy; I'm only organizing some family info for a widow of a Raymond Wikle Nethers who lives in Albuquerque. When I'm finished, that info (documents, photos, etc) will be donated to the Licking County Historical Society in Ohio for archiving and public access.
So far I've seen nothing concerning a Floyd Nethers in the material. If there is something encountered later, I'll let you know. You might consider getting into contact with the Licking County group; it seems to have a considerable amount of material about the Nethers "clan."
