Hi John,
Here is the translation:
PIETER HENDRICKSZ.
date: 06-06-1585 (b.?) en 20-04-1597 (b.)
occupation:
Boeckverkooper;
Bookseller
As far as the dates are concerned; the b. usually stands for "begraven", buried. The o. stands for overlijden, deceased. I have no idea why there are two dates. the only thing that comes to mind is that he was firts buried in 1585 and later relocated in another grave. But I am not sure about this.
tomb location:
Zuiderzijbeuk nr. 211
South side-aisle number 211
tomb information:
Eig. 1560.
Owner 1560
person information:
(G.A.A.1041/304; 1042/186); "2 uuren geluijd met groote clock."
“Tolled 2 hours long with big bell”
I don't know what the G.A.A. etc. means.
I did find, however, the site where your information is (litterally) coming from. There are also photographs of the tombs.

Select search (symbol in the right top corner), type in the box surname Hendricksz. (don't forget the dot)
and in the box first name Pieter
the same for Adriaen Hendricksz. de Wees: Box surname Wees, box first name Adriaen
I suggest that you contact the Oude Kerk. Most people in The Netherlands understand English. If not, let me know, I will see what I can do then.
The Genootschap (society) Amstelodamum has a website, but it is in Dutch, though. But there is an email adress.
the site is:
http://www.amstelodamum.nl/http://www.amstelodamum.nl/
If you click on the box "lid worden" (becoming a member), you will find the emailadress of the secretariate. I suggest that you contact them.
Kind regards,
Marianne
