Not sure I can help with your specific enquiry however interested in your ancestors born & died in Netherlands but married in London as I possibly have same situation.
1881 census records show RIMINI and TOSCANE as being born in Netherlands however they were certainly married in England, living in Bethnal Green & Spitalfields area.
I don't know for sure they were Jewish - just that their children's names 'sound' Jewish and somebody told me that many Italian Jews changed their surnames to the nearest town to hide their Jewishness.
My RIMINI family were shoemakers.
