Dear Nestor family from Poland:

My Nestors came from Ireland, so I regret I cannot help you. However, if you are looking for your people in the U.S., I can give you a possible place to search. While looking for naturalization papers on my Nestor line in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, I found that most of the Nestors listed had actually changed their surname to Nestor, and that their original name began with Nestor but they dropped the suffix. For example, Nestoroff became Nestor. There were many instances of this. Sorry I can't help you more. Sincerely, Julie.
