His widow Margaret Zammatara remarried to John Pento and they were living in Brooklyn, NY in 1930, with her daughter Margaret Ann Nester, b 1923 Ironton, Lawrence Co, Ohio. Margaret m 1981 Mecklenburg Co, NC to William Maloy Marley, b 1921, d 1999. Margaret was living in Charlotte in 1981. She may be the M.L. Marley listed in Charlotte (her name was "Liberty Margaret in the Lawrence Co birth records), 2 listings:
