(Correction is the order of the marriages and origin of second wife.)
Greetings,
I am seeking any info on Mathias Hanson Ness. (Common name, it seems).
He was born 13 Nov. 1886, in Norway, Married to two different women named Anna... the first marriage was to a Anna Sophia Katrina (Knapstead?). He died in Oct. 1964.
Both wives were from Norway - His second wife was Norweigan, but may have been from Seattle when they met.
He had the following children with his first wife Anna.
Carl Christopher Ness
Edward Ness
Henry Ness
Oscar Ness
Edna Roe Ness
All I know is that Carl Christopher Ness was possibly born in Montana, and his birthdate was Oct 17, year unknown. (Carl was my G-Grandfather.) - He died here in Oregon, and I believe Mathias "Matt" did too, according to the Social Security death index. According to my grandma, Ann B. Conner, Mathias was a very wealthy man at the time of his death. He left his entire estate to his second wife Anna.
Any help would be appreciated.
