Ross Nesbitt of Iredell Co, NC in the late 1700's was an orphan of Moses Nesbitt. His brothers William and Thomas Nesbitt were both indentured to relatives after the death of Moses. Thomas was indentured till 1796 to a William McClelland (Cousin or uncle?). William was indentured as a 12 y/o in 1780 to William Alexander Sloan. Sloan was married to William Nesbitt's first cousin Jane Stevenson. Was Ross Nesbitt indentured to anyone?
