CECIL FARROW NELMS, b. July 26, 1902, Tipton County, TN; d. January 16, 1954, New York, New York
I am looking for the descendents of Cecil Farrow Nelms. He is the son of Walter Lee Nelms and Rosa Bell Davidson. He served on the NYC police department and retired from there. He married a woman named Majorie (last name unknown) and they had five daughters.
