The earliest Nelles family in Ontario was a German Palatine family from New York State. They were on the side of the Britsh during the American Revolution. And, while Delilah was a given name of at least one Ontario member of the family, I do not think that one of this family married an Inch. My suspicion is that Delilaah Nelles that married Henry Inch may also have been Irish, not German.
