Dear Caroline, so very sorry I did't send a note sooner as most of the family were in Kerry at one point in October last. I am from Dublin as is my father and mom and both their folks are from Kerry and not far from Dingle. Mom is an O'Brien from Ballydavid in north Kerry. We have two houses across Dingle bay in a place called Dooks where we go frequently.
I am not the genealogist in the family, that would be my father, but he's loathe to learn email! I would love to hear more about your family and history. I am one of seven kids to Maurice and Pat. My brothers are Maurice jnr and David, sisters Kate, Sarah, Lisa and Lucy-anne. I am coincedentially John Cristopher Patrick and my GGF was also John my GF was Sean as is my new nephew, the latest Neligan.
My email is jcpneligan@yahoo.co.uk and would love to hear more from the new world!
Fond regards, John.
