William Neilson, baker, Edinburgh 1851

I am researching William Neilson, baker, in Edinburgh. He was the father of my great grandmother, Jemima Falconer Neilson, born about 1852, husband to Elizabeth Falconer. I found a William Nelson family in 1841 and 1851 census with a wife and several children living Jamaica St Edinburgh with a servant named Elizabeth Falconer. They are not living with the rest of the family in 1861, but cannot find them elsewhere either. Nor can I find a marriage record for William/Elizabeth. Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Sally
