I was hoping to give you good news but after searching Tennessee, Texas, and US Marriage Records available on Ancestry.com, I had no luck. My mother in law is the daughter of Elzie Neill, who was the daughter of Theoffolis (Offie) Neill from Hardin County, Tennessee. The Neills are much like my line of Hearod family members - the spelling can change at a moments notice even between siblings!

I'm sorry I couldn't help. I've run into so many similar problems myself that it's almost funny. I'll try to keep this search in mind on the chance that in the future I may actually find it.
